3. Invitation list

One company per line — company name, email, trade in that order (comma or tab). You can paste the three columns from Excel. If you do not know the email, the company name alone is enough — we look it up and send the invitation. If the list is short of 10× the number of contractors you need, we add contractors we recommend to reach 10×.
10× (invitations) and 5× (in-depth verification) are based on invitations, not responses.

Confirmation I agree that the survey is sent to the companies on the invitation list in the owner’s name (or in the name of TBG), and I understand that the results of the survey, public-record checks, documents and reference checks are provided to the owner as reference material for contractor selection. Reports are opinions based on the public records, submitted materials and surveys available at the time of the inquiry and do not guarantee contract performance. The results of this project may be used in anonymized, aggregated statistics (optional).
